Hans Helmut Luthje passed away at the Dr. Cooke Extended Care Centre, Lloydminster, Alberta on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at the age of 95 years.
Hans leaves to mourn his passing: his loving wife of 54 years, Mary Ellen; two children, Paul (Carmen) Luthje and Karen (Wayne) Braun; four grandchildren, Melissa (Matthew) Thurlow, Melanie (Andrew) Schrempf, Lindsay Braun and Marcus Braun; and one great grandson, Jacob Schrempf.
Hans was predeceased by his parents, Gertrude and Claus Luthje; sister, Margrete Janssen; and two brothers, Albert "Bert" Luthje and Fredrick Luthje.
Donations in memory of Hans may be made to the Dr. Cooke Patient Comfort Fund, Brady Cemetery Fund or to a charity of the donors choice.
