Dwaine leaves to mourn his passing: his loving wife, Melinda Palmer;son, Bruce (predeceased); daughter, Bobbi Jo Palmer; daughter, Shelby Palmer; son, Garrett Palmer; and mother, Barb Palmer.
Donations in memory of Dwaine may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Charity of Choice.
