The lawn seemed to always growing so much at the Luthern Church and Sven suggested to Chad who was age 3 or 4 that maybe they should invest in some rabbits to eat the grass....After that Chad was always looking for material to build the fence to keep the rabbits in and Chad would mention it to Sven periodically but they never did that fence built or the rabbits...
Sven was always very good at talking to the little people on their level. Chad looked up to him,
Sven and I always had this ongoing conversion of which nationality was the best between the Swedes and Norwegions....
Will miss those serious games of Norwegian whist we would play and sharing Lutefisk ...I remember when Sven was worried that Lorne would not have a good Christmas....with out Lutefisk and how he would make sure that Lorne would share Lutefisk at their house at Christmas....I would come along to and eat some to say i ate some... My husband thinks i am a poor Norwegion because i do not like Lutefisk then we would have a game of Norwegion Whist which was the best part .... for me. I brought Ashley along the last time we were there and oh by the way Kathleen ....Ashley likes lutefisk !!!
