Alec Douglas "Doug" Olsen passed away in the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Sunday, January 19, 2014 at the age of 69 years.
Doug was born to Kathleen and Norman Olsen on September 7, 1944 in Lashburn, Saskatchewan.
Doug leaves to mourn his passing: his loving wife, Shannon Young; daughter, Twila Neald; step-children: Jason Spence (Jorie Paisley) and Tyler Spence; four siblings: Dale (Sylvia) Olsen, Marion (Ken) Chiverton, Ferlin (Faye) Olsen, Ken (Kelly) Olsen and their families as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Doug may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of the donor's choice.
