Obituary of Laura Napper

NAPPER ~ Laura Rose Napper passed away in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Sunday, December 29, 2013 at the age of 97 years. Laura leaves to mourn her passing: two daughters, Donna Applegate of Lloydminster and Myrna (Walter) Molinger of Loon Lake; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; two siblings, Lily Morris and Harold Bradley; sister-in-law, Mern Napper; brother-in-law, Vernon Marlatt as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Laura was predeceased by her husband, Bob Napper; son-in-law, Lorne; sisters: Beatrice and Berenice; and brother, Phil. The Memorial Service for Laura was conducted from Lashburn Community Hall, Lashburn, Saskatchewan on Monday, January 6, 2014 at 1:30 P.M. with Reverend Peter Yeung officiating. The eulogy was give by daughters, Donna and Myrna. The honorary pallbearers were Michael Applegate, Kelly Applegate, Ryan Molinger, Coleman Applegate, Dalen Applegate, Riley Applegate and Paxton Applegate. Interment was held in the Lashburn Cemetery, Lashburn, Saskatchewan. Donations may be made to the Jubilee Home Patient Comfort Fund or to a charity of the donor's choice. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements. Thanks to the staff at Jubilee Home for the excellent care given to Mom since she became a resident in December 2009. Your love and excellent care was greatly appreciated.
