I will always remember living with Percy off and on from the time he was in his very early twenties until he was hitting thirty. Sometimes my place, sometimes his. First we lived in Regina, then Saskatoon. He loved to pull pranks, loved his dog, and was always the protective brother. We went out often for coffee, sometimes had double dates as we were both single at that time (he had more than I did, but thats just because I had girlfriends he could call), LOL. We were all so happy when he met Margaret and finally settled down for good. I will miss you Percy.

I can't believe you are gone , we have been robbed of your presence and we have robbed of the luxury of saying goodbye to you and seeing you one last time, our hearts are broken and we are destroyed beyond belief. We owe you so much and will miss you, every time we needed you, and that has been a lot. You were there, no matter what.
I know you are with Mom & Dad & Norma and I also know that God chose you on Monday to be his newest angel , I just wish we had had one more minute.

My mother was with my father(Percy Lavigne) for nine years before I was born. I had one sister who would have been my biological sister who died before she was born. I am his only living biological daughter although there would have been two of us. She is not mentioned anywhere on this obituary. Her name was Mary. My dad knew about me all of my life and always asked about me every time he saw any of my relatives which was quite a bit. I met my father finally as an adult and even though I was never raised by him, we had a lot of the same interests. I was interested in cars. We liked the same kinds of cars. We would share in conversations. We had plans to go to the air shows, things like that but never got to. My dad would not walk away from me even when he was told to or pushed to, he said.. I will NOT miss this chance to get to know my daughter, I have been waiting for her ALL her life. My dad was forever out for coffee, we would meet for coffee and talk about things for hours. We liked to talk about psychology. I asked him questions about him and my mother because there was tension and stories about that. He would just answer everything I asked, no matter in which way I asked it. He told me some stories about his life with my mother. We hit it off right away. He was always proud of me and talked about how smart I was. He never got angry at me even when I was angry, he never butt in when me and Margaret had differences. He always stuck up for me even when it made people mad. He always planned to come see me but it didn't always work out. He never had a chance to meet my grandchildren. Jackie, Brandy and Becky are Margaret's daughters and do not know us to be family to them but say they are my fathers kids. I was born Robin Ezra Chatsis now Neault. My partner is Sewella Mike. My children are Kara-Lee Krystal Dawn Arcand, Thomas Gwegawi Neault, Johnathan Uriah Arcand(Alana Mcleod), Irah Justice Neault, Kwanita Kimiwan Neault, Marcus Wade Katcheech, Kwanta Kihiw Winter Neault, Animikii Ogichidaa Neault..(oldest to youngest 20 down to almost two..) My grandchildren are Harmony Teya Journey Arcand, Mahikan Brendon Arcand, Karesha Ann-Marie Ward, Johnny Eric Mcleod-Arcand, and Damion James Arcand-Mcleod. These are my fathers great grandchildren, there are two on the way. My grandsons due date was on December 9, 2013 however we haven't had the pleasure of meeting him yet, still waiting.
