For those who don't know, I am George's youngest daughter. I was Uncle Gordon's 'Pebbles'. When I was young, my mom (Marion) used to put a little ponytail sticking straight up on the top of my head and Uncle Gordon gave me that nickname. It stuck with me for many years (even after I had control over my own hairdo). It was always the most exciting time for me when Uncle Gordon and Aunt Delores visited our house. I loved that he came from the 'west' and that he wore a cowboy hat. I am sad that there will be no more visits but very glad we took the trip out to see him and many of our family members in the west in 2007. I have so many memories of him and I will remember him fondly in my heart always. Love to you all.

Sending my condolences to the family at this difficult time of loss. Uncle Gordon meant so much to my mom (Elsie) and his warmth and friendliness in the few times we were together over the years made a lasting impression on me.

Dear Brian, Debbie and family, All of Gordon's family.. Our deepest sympathy to you all. I(Wanda) have fond memories of Gordon when I worked at Dial Seed farm and he would haul grain in. He always was joking and teasing. A real pleasure to visit with. We hold you all in our thoughts and prayers. Keep your memories close to your hearts..

To all of our "cousins in the West". Because of the distance, my memories of Uncle Gordon are few BUT the ones I do have I will cherish! It was always so exciting when our "relatives from out west" were coming for a visit! We may not have spent a lot of time together but family is family and we always felt that connection. We are remembering you all in our prayers during this season of loss. Wishing I could be there...Bev
