BIOGRAPHY KILLAM ~ Marvin Grant Killam passed away peacefully in the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Monday, May 30, 2011 at the age of 57 years. Marvin will be sadly missed by his two daughters: Raelene and Kevin Tetz of Marwayne, Jodi Killam and Jordan Leibel of Lloydminster; five grandchildren: Rylan and Jaxon Tetz, Jamie, Jesse and Hunter Leibel; mother Violet Killam of Lloydminster; three sisters: Linda Cote of Marwayne, Margery Willson of Edmonton, Doreen and Keith Espetveidt of Spruce Grove; brother Gordon Killam of Marwayne as well as numerous other relatives and friends. The memorial service was conducted from the Marwayne School Gymnasium, Marwayne, Alberta on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. with Reverend Bob Aldrich officiating. The eulogy was read by Brant Carson. Yvette Barnett sang the solo "Amazing Grace". The recessional was "You Can Let Go" by Crystal Shawando. The honorary pallbearers were his grandchildren: Rylan, Jaxon, Jamie, Jesse and Hunter. The urnbearer was Roy Jackson. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements. CARD OF THANKS The family would like to say thank you to Glenna Meiklejohn for taking such good care of Dad and to Brant and Penny for helping us on short notice. Also, thank you to Reverend Bob Aldrich for officiating, to Yvette Barnett for her beautiful voice and to Colleen, Jim, Dawn and Terry for catering. A very special thank you to everyone who shared the day with us! Donations in memory of Marvin may be made to the Stollery Children's Hospital or to the National Center for Missing Kids & Exploited Children.
