Obituary of Marion DeVeyrac

DEVEYRAC ~ Marion Louise DeVeyrac passed away in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at the age of 57 years. Marion will be sadly missed by her husband Dwayne, daughter Amanda Mae DeVeyrac and Cody Abbott of Lloydminster, son Justin and Ashley Martens of Lloydminster, son Kevin and Christina Martens of Lloydminster, granddaughter Emma Looker, sister Karen and George Boser of Lloydminster, brother Laurence and Pat Wegleitner of Rocky Mountain House as well as numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins. The memorial service was conducted from the St. John's Anglican Church, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Canon Michael Stonhouse officiating. The organist was Pat Skinner. The hymns sung were "Amazing Grace" and "The Old Rugged Cross." The recessional was "Brown Eyed Girl" . The urn bearers were Dwayne and Amanda. Interment was held in the Lloydminster City Cemetery. Card of Thanks The family of Marion DeVeyrac would like to sincerely thank; The doctors, nurses, and staff at the Saskatoon University hospital, and St. Paul's hospital, the staff and friends she made at the Saskatoon Canter Center, the Kinsmen Foundation, the doctors, nurses , and staff at the Lloydminster Hospital, the ambulance attendees, McCaw's Funeral Home staff, Reverend Canon Michael Stonhouse for the service and the St. John's ACW for the luncheon provided. We would also like to thank everyone who sent flowers, cards, and made donations. The support we received by so many is greatly appreciated. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements. Donations can be made to the Kinsmen Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
