Aunt Mavis, Gail, Susan and Families We were shocked and saddened to hear of Uncle Albert's passing. For those he has left behind, we have to try to come to terms with this loss....as the day's and weeks go by, the sorrow will subside but the memories will stay fast. I know that Dad will be there to greet him. We will not be able to travel to Lloyd for the funeral, but be sure that we are all thinking of and praying for you in this time of sorrow.

Aunt Mavis, Gail, Susan and Families, How does one even begin to know what to say or write. There is at once so many words and thoughts, and yet it would seem that mounds of crumpled sheets of paper later--none. None, that can convey adequately our heartfelt message. If we could only be there, we would simply hug you close and you would know you have our love and support. So while neither eloquent or inspired, just know that these mere words are sincere. It is amazing when you stop and think, while there was never enough time spent together in those cross-country visits, Uncle Albert always managed to make them the most memorable of times. Whether it was the telling of a great story, or the "friendly marital banter", laughter always filled the air. There was certainly no time for lazing about, as there were always critters to be caught (large or small), people to see and places to go. And if that wasn't enough to keep things entertaining, the infinite # of bright ideas Dad and Uncle Albert came up with certainly kept us all on our toes. But it wasn't all antics and misadventures, he was a loving, straight-forward--no bullshit guy, who was one of the best Uncles ever. So although he takes with him pieces of our hearts, our lives are all the more richer for having been touched by his. As you move forward through this challenging time, know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers, and for times of reminiscing and remembrance, we are just at the other end of a phone call. Sent with all our love.

Aunt Mavis, Gail, Susan and Families: I am so sorry for the loss of Uncle Albert. I am sure it must be difficult getting through this emotional time but want you to know you are not alone as so many people are thinking of you. Unlcle Albert made me laugh and smile. I loved watching him on his visits to Ontario play around with my dad as though they were young boys again. He always had time to talk and listen and I will miss him. Love Brenda
