I have just learned of David's passing. I send my sympathy to his loved ones. I am sure that David has left a deep legacy and character as an inheritance for you. I was David's roomate at FGBI in 1976. Wow! This was a man who was definitely called to preach! I have fond memories of David's inspired and intellectual musings that always seemed to happen around midnight or later. I did not get a lot of sleep that year! David was a man of deep passion for the Word of God...and everyone within earshot knew it! It was a privilege to know him. I truly admired David and smile as I think of him. Thank You Jesus!

Just heard of Paster David's death and very sad and sorry.He will be missed. Praying for peace to come for all who loved him so. Could you please post up his eulogy? I would like to have it. Thanks.

We used to live near Loon Lake and often had the joy of hearing Pastor David speak. He was a true inspiration to everyone and his fire and passion for Christ was so evident in every aspect of his precious life. How heartbreaking that we have to say good bye so soon but Pastor David left a loving legacy on the world and his ministry will go on through Brownie and all the people he touched so deeply. All will miss him on earth but we will all see him again in heaven. We take comfort that he is with Jesus now, being rewarded for his life's good works. I am sure God called him with the gentle whispered words, "Well done, good and faithful servant." Our prayers to all esp. Brownie and the Children. Pastor Brownie, Jonathan and Liberty, I was never so proud as I was when I was At Pastors Davids "Celebration of Life" on Monday. When asked by someone how I knew Pastor David I was able to reply "he was My father in the Faith, and "I attended WORD OUTREACH CENTER". Pastor David would have been proud of the service. Pastor David was truly our first "Word" pastor and we remember him as always being a solid man of faith and integrity. We have nothing but positive, good memories about him. We're so sorry we could not attend the memorial but Brownie, Jonathan and Liberty, we think of you and pray for you daily. We love you all!
