B I O G R A P H Y MCLEAN: Leslie "Les" Alexander McLean passed away in the Lloydminster Hospital on Friday, August 12, 2005 at the age of 84 years. Les is survived by: his wife Kaye of Lloydminster; two sons: Dan McLean and his wife Brenda of Kitscoty and their children: Kylie and Nikki; Boh McLean and his wife Lynn of Blackfoot and their children: Erin, Tyson and Cheri. The memorial service for Les McLean was conducted from the McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Tuesday, August 16, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. with Reverend Bob Aldrich officiating. A poem was read by George Kunetsky. Special music was by Ceri Jones and Amber Suchy. The organist was Donna Eyben. Bill Cornfoot played the bagpipes. Honorary pallbearers were all of Les's friends. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster administered the funeral arrangements. A tribute to Grandpa by the grandchildren: Erin, Tyson, Cheri, Kylie and Nikki. Card of Thanks We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the family, friends and neighbors who were involved in Les’s funeral. Thank you to Rev. Bob Aldrich for your kind and comforting words. Thank you to Mrs. Eyben, Ceri Jones, Amber Suchy and Nikki for the special music. Thank you as well to piper Bill Cornfoot. Thank you to the Legion members for their part in the service. To the ladies who served the lunch “Thank you.” To all the family and friends who travelled long distances to be with us - thank you. A huge vote of thanks to family and friends who sent gifts of food, flowers, cards and memorial donations. Your thoughtfulness was truly appreciated.
