BIOGRAPHY Norman Alberta Hallett passed away on Monday October 31, 2005 at the age of 73 years. Norman Hallett is survived by: his three brothers, Gordon and Carol Hallett of Cranbrook, Ken and Doris Hallett of Neilburg, John and Doreen Hallett of Lloydminster, several nieces and nephews, one Aunt Mary D’Arcy of Marsden, one Uncle George Duffee of Cut Knife, three cousins, as well as numerous friends. The funeral service for Norman Hallett was conducted from the Neilburg Community Hall, Neilburg, Saskatchewan on Monday, November 7, 2005 with Pastor Fred Sirett officiating. The eulogy was given by Gary Grisbrook. The hymns sung were “In The Garden”, “One Day at a Time” and “Softly and Tenderly” accompanied on the organ by Delores Hollingshead. Honorary Pallbearers were all those in attendance. Active Pallbearers were: Kevin Hallett, Garth Hollingshead, Pat Doolittle, Barry Ducherer, David Ducherer, and Gary Grisbrook. Interment followed in the Neiburg Cemetery. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd. of Lloydminster administered the funeral arrangements. Card of Thanks The family of the late Norman Hallett would like to thank everyone for their help and kindness at the time of his passing. Thank you to the ambulance attendants for their quick response and help at the house. To Pastor Fred, Delores Hollingshead, and the Mennonite Choir “Thank you”. A special thank you to Gary Grisbrook for the eulogy, the pallbearers, family, and friends for flowers, food, kind words, lovely cards, and donations to charity. Thank you to the Neilburg U.C.W. for the nice lunch and to McCaw Funeral Service for their thoughtfulness and help at this time.
