B I O G R A P H Y FISHER: Wilfred Richard Fisher passed away in the Lloydminster Hospital on Sunday, December 25, 2005 at the age of 87 years. Wilfred is survived by: his loving wife Ethel of Lloydminster; three children: Dianna and her husband Howard Sorge of Spruce Grove, Marian and her husband Clifford Sorge of Spruce Grove, Judy and her husband Dwight Peregrym of Blackfoot, one son-in-law Don Warkentin of Stony Plain, ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren, one great great grandchild as well as numerous other relatives. Wilfred was predeceased by one daughter Sarah Warkentin. The funeral service for Wilfred was conducted from the Living Faith Pentecostal Tabernacle on Wednesday, December 28, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. with Pastor Tim Acey officiating. A reading of Psalm 91 was given by Reverend Elwood McLean. Hymns sung were “It Is Well With My Soul,” and “Take My Hand, Precious Lord,” accompanied on the organ by Marj Kilback. Special music “Precious Memories,” was sung by Bruce and Pam Kashuba. Active pallbearers were: Clifford Sorge, Howard Sorge, Donald Warkentin, Dwight Peregrym, Delmer Bodie and Darrel Frisken. Interment was held in the Streamstown Cemetery on Tuesday, December 27, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster administered the funeral arrangements. Card of Thanks The family of the late Wilfred Fisher wishes to thank everyone for visiting Dad in the Hospital, especially Dr. Burger and the nurses on the third floor. Thanks also to those who brought food, made donations and to everyone involved in Dad’s memorial. Donations in memory of Wilfred may be made to the Lloyd Region Health Foundation.
