B I O G R A P H Y
SELLERS: Horace William James Jim Sellers passed away in the Dr. Cooke Extended Care Center, Lloydminster, Alberta on Thursday, May 18, 2006 at the age of 92 years.
Jim is survived by: his loving wife Buddy Sellers of Lloydminster; two sons: Jim and Judy Sellers of Vancouver, Rod and Pat Sellers of Lloydminster; three grandchildren: Sarah, Matt and Cora; five great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; one sister Thelma and Ernie King of Victoria, BC as well as numerous other relatives.
Jim was predeceased by his grandson Ivan Sellers.
The memorial service for Jim was conducted from the Grace United Church, Lloydminster, Alberta on Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Harold Martin officiating.
A eulogy was read by Jim Sellers Jr.
A solo Amazing Grace, was sung by granddaughter Cora Sellers.
The hymn sung was Abide With Me, accompanied on the organ by Irene Knowlson.
The Grace United Church Choir sang On Eagles Wings.
Interment followed in the Lloydminster City Cemetery.
McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster administered the funeral arrangements.
Donations in memory of Jim may be mady to the Parkinson's Society.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Horace
