B I O G R A P H Y MARSHALL: Marion “Joyce” Marshall passed away in the Unity Health Center, Unity, Saskatchewan on Thursday, June 29, 2006 at the age of 58 years. Joyce is survived by: three sons: Carman and his wife Kelly and their children: Darby and Carley of Marsden; Trevor and his wife Joanne and their children: Rory, Chloe and Wyatt of Neilburg; Waylon and his wife Tammy of Lloydminster and their son Brock; one sister: Edith and Les Christensen of Neilburg; two brothers: Charlie Carter and Jean of Leduc; Ron Carter and Flora of Saskatoon; two sisters-in-law: Patricia and Alex Janko of North Battleford and Doreen and Derrill Goulet of Okotoks as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Joyce was predeceased by her husband Don on April 29, 2005. The funeral service for Joyce was conducted from the Neilburg Community Hall, Neilburg, Saskatchewan, on Tuesday, July 4, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. with Tom Poppleton officiating. A eulogy was given by Ken & Deb Staniforth. Special music was by Jamie Forbes and Andy Jones. Music played was “Twenty Years,” “Die Of A Broken Heart,” “Seven Spanish Angels,” and “I Believe.” Honorary pallbearers were: Darby Marshall, Carley Marshall, Rory Marshall, Chloe Marshall, Wyatt Marshall and Brock Marshall. Active pallbearers were: Ken Staniforth, Hank Skinner, Korbin Loy, Murray Forbes, Darren Carter and Evan Hogg. Interment followed in the East Manitou Cemetery. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster administered the funeral arrangements. Card of Thanks We would like to thank the Doctors and staff of the Unity Health Center for all their care given to Mom. Thank you to Tom Poppleton for the touching service, to Ken and Deb Staniforth for the many shared memories of Mom and to Jamie Forbes and Andy Jones for the special music. Thank you to the active pallbearers for helping to honor Joyce and to all the grandchildren for acting as honorary pallbearers. Special thank you to Aunt Edith for all her trips with Mom to Saskatoon and for just being there for Mom and to Laurie for letting mom stay with you while she was in Saskatoon, for visiting her while she was in the hospital and for all the little extras that you did. We would also like to thank all of our friends and family for their help and for their attendance at the service, we will never forget the support we received. The Marshall Families Donations in memory of Joyce may be made to a Charity of the Donor's Choice.
